The Embrace Home Loans team office in Viera opened in the fall of 2016. They are supported by the leadership of Sales Manager Stephen Thaggard, and his wife, Senior Loan Officer Karen Thaggard. The Thaggards have been married and in the mortgage arena for over 22 years. Their production has been recognized several times, including President’s Club membership since 2014. The team includes Senior Loan Officer Lizann Livingston, who has served the mortgage industry in Brevard County for over 18 years. Livingston is also the current treasurer of the WCR-Brevard. They have recently added Loan Officer Matthew Becker, who has over 11 years of experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm. Embrace’s newest teammate is Senior Loan Officer Chris Wurtzbacher, who has over 20 years’ experience and who received the Circle of Excellence Award for units and volume with his prior team.
Embrace Home Loans is recognized for their Approved to Move program, where they can issue a fully underwritten approved commitment prior to finding a home. This gives buyers the bargaining power they need to get ahead of the competition and enable them to find their dream home much like a cash buyer. Embrace also offers a Guaranteed On-Time Closing program to their buyers. If they miss a contract closing date and it’s Embrace Home Loan’s error, the buyer will receive a check for $2,500 within 30 days after the closing.
The team at Embrace Home Loans is heavily involved in the community, volunteering around town or sponsoring local events. You might have seen them run at the Health First Fight Child Hunger 5K earlier this year or perhaps help out the Central Brevard Sharing Center with food and clothing drives and other sponsorships.
