Dr. Modi has practiced medicine since 2002 – most recently as a primary care physician with TriHealth Physician Partners, Bethesda Group Practice, in Lebanon, Ohio.

Dr. Modi also serves in the U.S. Army Reserve, Medical Support Unit 7241 out of Lexington, Kentucky.

He received his medical degree in 2002 from Baroda Medical College at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Gujarat, India. He completed his residency with the Selma Family Residency Program, affiliated with the University of Alabama at Birmingham, in 2009.

Dr. Modi is conveniently located in the Parrish Healthcare Center at Port Canaveral, 390 Challenger Road, and is currently accepting new patients with Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurances.
