At The Melting Pot, fondue truly becomes a memorable dining experience.

Table-top “communal” cooking is fun and completely customizable for any appetite. Diners enjoy a choice of four flavorful fondue-cooking styles and a variety of entrees combined with signature dipping sauces. The menu also includes creamy cheese fondues, fresh salads, fine wines and decadent chocolate fondue desserts. The selection allows diners to order one, two, three or more courses. Whether you’re craving a duet of cheese and collagechocolate fondue or want to experience all four courses, eating out at the Melting Pot is a fun experience.

Guests are able to choose from a selection of creamy cheese fondues which are prepared table-side by servers. Each cheese is served with artisan breads and seasonal vegetables for savoring every last bit of ooey gooey cheesy goodness.

House and Caesar salads are available and the California salad that includes mixed baby salad greens, Roma tomatoes, candied pecans and Gorgonzola cheese with raspberry black walnut vinaigrette, is also a popular choice. The crisp salads feature a variety of gluten-free dressings.

After these tasty starters to whet the appetite, entrées are also cooked table-side with a wide selection of chicken, steaks, seafood and vegetarian options. Diners can cook steaks to their desired temperature and dip in a bevy of signature dipping sauces like the green goddess –

a blend of cream cheese, sour cream, onions, chives and parsley that pairs great with vegetables and makes an excellent stuffed mushroom. The Gorgonzola port- a rich and robust cheese sauce pairs well with filet Mignon and fresh vegetables.

Your experience is not complete without a decadent chocolate fondue dessert that includes melted chocolate waiter-at-melting-potflambéed table-side, served with a variety of fruits, cakes, Rice Krispie Treats and marshmallows. The Flaming Turtle is a combination of milk chocolate, caramel and candied pecans. Yin & Yang fondue satisfies dark and white chocolate cravings in an artfully balanced fondue dessert. The original milk chocolate fondue is swirled with crunchy peanut butter.

For wine connoisseurs, the restaurant offers a selection of over 150 wines to satisfy every palate, nestled in a 50 square foot wine room. During happy hour, martinis are $5.50 in the bar and patio. Enjoy the Florida sunshine on the newly renovated patio, featuring granite countertops.
