These classes are ideal for people with little to no experience, and are designed to be fun. They get you feeling comfortable in practically any kind of boat. The lessons are hands-on, in a group setting on their boats, and interactive. Captain Pat has over 30 years of experience, and loves sharing his passion. And the best part — when you successfully pass your lesson you will be able to take boats out on your own.
The 321 Boat Club and Hayley’s Jet Ski and Boat Rentals offer two types of services for fun-seekers’ convenience.
You can rent by the hour, half day, full day or join the club and enjoy unlimited rentals for one low monthly price. Members receive benefits like longer hours and preference of the largest rental fleet in Florida, including all varieties like deck boats, fishing boats, ski boats, pontoon boats, or center console boats that range in sizes from 16 – 26.5 feet. They do reservations only in order to give you the very best service possible.
The boat club membership includes an unlimited use of boats, so members have the opportunity to go out everyday if they choose. The 321 Boat Club even gives you the chance to take out a boat before you join the club to get to know the fleet.
Renters have half day or full day options but members get 100 percent priority when it comes to the fleet.
Not sure what to do? The staff can suggest prime fishing areas, restaurants, islands, good spots to see dolphins and manatees, and they will even supply you with customized maps based on what you want to accomplish. You can also rent everything from water ski and tube packages to fishing poles.
Both operations are completely family-owned and operated. The idea began when Hayley Kerr started renting out Jet Skis at the age of 15 after noticing a need in the Melbourne area.
“I literally started with two jets skis, a trailer and a truck,” Hayley said, who’s now 22. Her father, Matt, a retired contractor, soon began helping and little by little, he became involved in the daily operations. Soon, an opportunity evolved to purchase a local boat rental company, and now Hayley, her dad, and his adopted sons Nate and Ryan run the business together. Hayley’s brother, Clay who is 15, also helps out during summers. They now have the largest rental fleet in the state.
