1) What it’s About:
“Brotox” the use of Botox by men is gaining in popularity! Look younger and healthier, smooth out a furrowed brow or soften lines around the eyes. With little to no down time Brotox is a good option for men who want to preserve their youthful appearance.
2) How to Enter:
Dr. Saluja is looking for a male individual who can most benefit from a botox treatment to his frown lines above brow or lines around eyes. To enter, email models@scbmarketing.com with subject titled “SpaceCoast Living Brotox Contest.” See specific guidelines for submitting photo. Only one (1) entry per person/email address permitted; must be between the ages of 29-59 years or older to apply; Due to technical limitations the uploaded photo cannot be larger than 1 MB or less.
**Note: Contestants must be available and flexible in scheduling office visits with Dr.Saluja
3) Selection and Notification of Winner
Dr. Saluja will select one winner based on photos submitted and treat one area to be determined upon consultation of frown line between brow or lines around the eyes. The winners “before” and “after” photos along with Dr.Saluja’s initial evaluation and progress will be published in SpaceCoast Living Magazine. The potential winners will be notified by email before or on 5/1/13 (‘notice”) and will be required to execute a publicity release of his photo and essay as a condition to being declared a winner. Winner must sign a model release. If the notice comes back as undeliverable, or a potential winner does not return the required Assignment within three (3) days from the date of the notice, or if an entrant or Entry is found to be ineligible for any reason, the potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit any rights to the prize and a runner up will be selected as a winner.
