Local Realtor Terry Parks has been a Brevard resident since 2005. The Columbus, Georgia native holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from ColumbusState University, where he was also a collegiate athlete. Before entering the real estate profession, Terry was a collegiate basketball coach throughout the southeast for 12 years.
Parks is an active member of the community, speaking at several community functions, sponsoring local teams, and coaching basketball in local recreational leagues. His past professional experiences in collegiate athletics have led him to understand and value the importance of preparation as well as paying attention to detail.
Through his various leadership experiences, Parks has practiced and honed the ability to navigate complicated real estate transactions for his clients in today’s fast-paced market. Since arriving at Palm Realty Properties, Terry’s experiences in real estate include transactions all throughout the Space Coast, but mainly focus on new construction and relocation. “Life is all about relationships and connections with others,” Parks stated, explaining that he views his clients as more than just another unit sold. He believes it is his competitive spirit and work ethic, however, that drives him to do the very best for his clients.
