Jonathan “JP” Paul is an estimator at Toyota of Melbourne. He served in the United States Army Infantry for four years, stationed in both Iraq and Kuwait. His duties included going on patrols every day, and he was part of the Quick Reaction Force, a unit capable of rapidly responding to developing situations. After closing out the campaign in Iraq, he returned home. The best part about being home from deployment? “Being able to get a solid night’s sleep,” he said, laughing. And the most valuable lesson he learned while serving in the Army? “You can do about anything with enough determination.”
