Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual and physical practice incorporating movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. The class will also include a gong relaxation.
This donation based class is opened to all levels. Please bring a mat and a water bottle.
