At the young age of fourteen, Indialantic resident Stefanie Scott is already a professional in the acting world. She appears in a supporting role in the new Rob Reiner movie which hit theatres nationwide in August and also appears with Ashton Kutcher playing a young Natalie Portman.

She filmed the new Warner Brothers Rob Reiner movie “Flipped” based on the popular selling ‘tween book by Wendelin Van Draaen. The movie had its red carpet premiere in late July in L.A. which Stefanie attended with her mom Diane. “The premiere was awesome and it was a wonderful experience working with Rob Reiner,” Stefanie said.

In the romantic comedy which takes place in 1958-1963, Stefanie plays the role of Dana Tressler, a friend of the main character. Aidan Quinn, Rebecca DeMornay, Penelope Ann Miller, Anthony Edwards, John Mahoney, Madeline Carrol also star. “The movie is magnificent.”

Stefanie completed filming another new movie playing a young Natalie Portman in the upcoming Paramount Film directed by Ivan Reitman called “No Strings.” Also in the cast are Ashton Kutcher, Lake Bell, Cary Elwes, Kevin Kline.  She also filmed three pilots including, “Funny in Farsi” on ABC as well as a new show for Disney called “Shake it Up” which will replace Hannah Montanna.
