Red Ginger Chinese Cuisine has been offering tasty cuisine for almost 19 years. Owner Grace Han has made it point to set the restaurant apart from the rest. The ambiance is elegant mixed with authentic tastes to serve the community. This is Grace’s vision.
“We serve high quality Chinese food and sushi,” Han says. “We are the only local restaurant to provide authentic Chinese Sichuan cuisine.”
“Along with serving tasty food, we also host events, business meetings, rehearsal dinners, and the like,” Grace says.
TRADITIONAL MONGOLIAN FONDUE IS A NEW EXPERIENCE AND THE FIRST OF ITS KIND HERE ON THE SPACE COAST.
Chinese Hot Pot, much like the concept of the Mongolian Fondue concept, Han explains.
“The fondue pot is all over the world and each has its own style,” Grace says. “We are presenting it with Chinese cuisine and ingredients.”
Grace plans to introduce this to the community and its new addition where customers can choose from the regular menu or from the Mongolian Fondue. Han plans to name this tasty dish the Mongolian Hot Pot.
